The filter ball raw material is 100% polyester fiber, made in China. It is a fully recyclable filter ball. It is a fully backwashable and recyclable filter medium. It is designed to replace silica sand and other multimedia media. And it is made from recycled proprietary thermoplastic fiber media.

Filter Ball are suitable for swim pools and spas, residential sediment filtration of drinking waters, portable water and irrigation systems, as well as commercial industrial water and waste-water filtration applications that require removal of suspended solids, oils and greases.
