Filter ball is widely used in drinking water treatment, industrial water treatment, circulation water treatment and swage water treatment. Its raw material is high qualited polyester fibers purchased from Shanghai Petrochemical Company. 

The production process is very detailed. Firstly, the workers put the raw material into the machine, so that the raw materials are evenly dispersed. The workers should tear and pull more than three times to complete, so that the uniformly dispersed raw materials are beneficial to the filtering effect of the filter ball. And then the evenly dispersed raw materials wiil pass through the production machine. The filaments will be tied and cut to form the filter ball.

Filter ball has the advantages of high quality, good filtration accuracy, easy to backwash and ligh weight. 700g filter balls can replace 25kg quarz sand. It suitable for swimming pool water treatment.
