Introduction:

Brown fused alumina is made of bauxite and coke (anthracite) as the main raw materials, which are smelted at high temperature in the electric arc furnace. The abrasives made of it are suitable for grinding high tensile metals, such as various general purpose steels, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, etc., and can also produce high-grade refractories. Brown fused alumina has the characteristics of high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient and corrosion resistance. Practice shows that that it has the characteristics of non-explosion, non-pulverization and non-cracking in the application process. Especially, it is high in cost-performance ratio, which make it the best aggregate and filler of refractories.

Application:

Brown fused alumina is called industrial teeth: mainly used in refractory materials, grinding wheels, sand blasting.

2.sand blasting--widely used in aluminum profiles, copper profile glass, washed denim precision molds and other fields;free grinding--grinding grade abrasive, applied to the 3.free-grinding of fields such as picture tube, optical glass, monocrystalline silicon, lens, watch glass, crystal glass, jade and so on;

5.coated abrasives--is the production of sandpaper, gauze and other manufacturers;

6.Functional filler--mainly used in automotive brakes, special tires, special construction products and other wear-resistant materials;
